So. Again. Someone is taking the "Twilight" character heights chart that I slaved over for many hours and passing it off and THEIRS.

I am taking down pretty much all of my digital art. I WILL put it back up... in time. But for right now, I am in a damned SNIT over this.

If you're still keeping an eye on me, THANK YOU! I can't imagine why you'd want to, you great and glorious goobers. I MISS doing digital art... MISS IT. I just have so little time now (fyi, got married, now have a baby; motherhood, it is time consuming). But that doesn't mean I don't LOVE LOVE LOVE the digiarts. Just that I only get free time when the baby is asleep.

So. I will be back. I will even expand outward with my digital art, moving away from JUST "Twilight" and into some of my other fandoms. "Like what?!" you ask, all atwitter. Like The Southern Vampire Mysteries, like some L.J. Smith books, like LKH's Merry Gentry series. Oh, yeah, baby. We're gonna have some fun.

But that's AFTER DA gets done cleaning up the blatant theft of my art. GOD.

Why? Well, the biggest push is this:

www.zazzle.com/edward_62_skate…

Yes, that is MY digital artwork. No, that is NOT my account. Someone is using my hard work to make a quick chunk of change... WITHOUT my permission.

I have never dealt with art theft before, though I've had lots of friends who have. And frankly, I find myself so incensed by it that I don't even want to BOTHER with my gallery anymore.

Also, DA has taken down three of my wallpapers - again. The frustration of trying to keep the art up without switching accounts every 6 months is really starting to wear on me.

This is not a "I'm doing it - see you later" message. This is just me being really, REALLY angry.

I've contacted Zazzle and expect swift removal of my artwork from her selling pool. If this doesn't happen, I'll start researching who to contact about digital art theft.

I am still thinking of moving all my art to my own Web site and updating a gallery from there, leaving a link here to it. The only thing holding me back is the time I would need to code the entire site. If anyone knows someone who's good at HTML coding and would consider doing it at a much discounted price (newly married and expecting a baby, husband working fulltime and going to college... we don't have a lot of spare cash), then please drop me a note with some contact info!

Anyway, rant done. I feel better getting that off my chest, though I'll REALLY feel better when Zazzle clears up the theft issue.

It's been a long time since I updated, but not without good reason.

I got married.

I am pregnant.

I am working on getting my novel published.

Therefore, I don't have nearly the spare time/energy I had to devote to wallpapering. I've done a lot of small stuff (banners, headers, icons, signatures) but nothing that I want to include in my wallpaper gallery. I'm planning on getting back into it again soon, though - I miss wallpapering. ;~; Also, I bought myself a new laptop, and none of my current wallpapers fit it correctly, so I have to make new things for myself! *L*

So, hopefully updates soon. Please don't give up on me. <333
